Job summary

Advantage Air, based in Perth, designs and manufactures air-conditioning systems for Australian conditions. We are seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to coordinate stores, dispatch, sheetmetal, plastics assembly, duct lagging, logistics and customer-facing teams across the business.

You will ensure work is prioritised, resources allocated, and customers receive exceptional service while driving continuous improvement with operational leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments in manufacturing/wholesale.
• Proven track record in process optimization and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across stores, dispatch, sheetmetal, plastics assembly, duct lagging, logistics and customer-facing teams.
• Support and work with team leaders across manufacturing, warehousing and dispatch.
• Monitor workflow, priorities and operational performance to meet objectives.
• Manage customer liaison and help resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate labour and resource allocation across teams.
