Job summary

Air Diffusion Australia is seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse team. The role requires hands-on warehouse operations experience and physical fitness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred but not essential is experience in the air conditioning industry. The position is permanent and salaried, with responsibilities including directing staff, managing stock, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.

Air Diffusion Australia are a leader of innovation and manufacturer of ducted heating and cooling products, with dependable service to the trade. Air Diffusion is on a significant path of growth, and our branch at Acacia Ridge now has an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor who is self-motivated and can lead a busy warehouse team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations and be physically fit to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse.

While previous experience in the Air Conditioning industry is preferred, it is not essential if the candidate has the ability to manage tasks and team members. This is a permanent, salaried position.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

Warehouse Supervisor experience

High attention to detail.

Computer literate with excellent customer skills.

Ability to develop and implement Warehouse operational procedures

Ability to manage paperwork, inventory records plus delivery & compliance documentation

Responsibilities include:

Managing and providing direction to the warehouse team to achieve a high level of productivity.

Liaising with front counter and commercial staff to ensure appropriate stock levels.

Ensure customer orders are fulfilled within time requirements.

Stock organisation.

Loading & Unloading of trucks.

Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse.
