Job summary

Automotive Recruitment Australia is seeking an experienced Service/Operations Manager to lead our client's Perth operations, overseeing service teams, operations and warehousing to ensure delivery of goals and profitability.

You will mentor staff, optimise field and internal processes, maintain safety and compliance, and serve as the primary liaison with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Australian citizens/work rights required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to engage teams.
• Proven experience managing service teams (mechanics/technicians).
• Ability to work with your team to prioritise workloads, and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong technical/service ops background (ex mechanic or equivalent highly regarded).
