Cleanaway Waste Management in Western Australia seeks an hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Parts Washer service across Maddington and Kalgoorlie. You will manage a small team, coordinate delivery, installation, and servicing at customer sites, and drive safe, reliable operations while strengthening customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small operational or service delivery team.
• Exposure to manufacturing, transport and logistics; industrial services experience is valued.
• Sound commercial judgement and cost management mindset.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to understand transport compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day Parts Washer operations across Maddington and Kalgoorlie, with a hands-on approach.
• Plan and coordinate equipment delivery, installation, servicing, and workforce resources to meet commitments.
• Drive safe transport and service operations, including fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility.
• Coach teams, foster accountability and lead practical process improvements.
• Monitor performance, service quality and costs; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Build trusted customer relationships through site visits and reliable service delivery.
