Job summary

Colliers in Sydney is seeking a proactive Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to support the Real Estate Management Services team. You will help create engaging marketing materials, presentations and client submissions while gaining exposure to Australia’s leading commercial real estate business.

This role suits recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work closely with experienced marketing professionals.

Qualifications

• Recent completion of a Graphic Design or Marketing related course or degree.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign & PowerPoint is essential.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a corporate environment, ideally within a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior professionals.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• A passion for learning new technologies, tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver winning submissions, proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
• Create engaging marketing collateral and branded content.
