Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Geelong is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer who visits our store.

You will handle POS, keep the store looking great, and help with stock deliveries and inventory control. The role is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude, a team mindset, and flexible availability including school holidays.

Retail or hospitality experience is welcome, but the right attitude matters more than a résumé.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda brand and organisational values.
• Flexible availability (including all school holidays).
• Their own reliable form of transport.
• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal-breaker.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store.
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
