Qualifications

• 1-2+ years' experience in a transport, logistics, or allocator/dispatch role.
• Confident managing live operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using transport or tracking systems (TransVirtual highly regarded).
• Sound understanding of fatigue and compliance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily fleet work and plan runsheets.
• Monitor live operations and manage disruptions.
• Liaise with drivers on start times, routes, and changes.
• Communicate ETAs and delays to customers.
• Book outsourced transport as required.
• Ensure fatigue management and compliance.
• Maintain accurate system data and PODs.
