Redcape Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at St Marys Hotel. This hands‑on role leads from the floor and sets the standard across a busy, multi‑outlet venue.

You'll work with an experienced Venue Manager, enjoy flexible, rotating rosters and clear progression pathways within our 50+ venues network. The role focuses on developing team members across food, beverage, gaming, and events while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with the ability to coach, develop and lift team performance.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience.
• Experience leading shifts and running multi-department venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop team members across food, beverage, gaming, functions and sports bar operations
• Maintain high standards across venue presentation, service and compliance
• Manage cash handling, daily reporting and reconciliation
• Work with the Venue Manager to improve performance and team culture
