Job summary

Lakeview Hotel Motel in Oak Flats, NSW, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach the team and drive guest experiences. Youll work closely with a Venue Manager, supporting daily operations across food and beverage, gaming and accommodation to keep the venue performing at its best.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a community venue, offering opportunities to develop people, maintain high service standards and contribute to Redcape Hospitality's growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality venues such as pubs, hotels or clubs.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-first approach.
• Hands-on leader who can drive performance during busy periods.

Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced hospitality leader to join the team as Assistant Manager at Lakeview Hotel Motel.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of the action, developing people and helping a venue perform at its best. You'll work closely with an experienced Venue Manager, lead from the front and play an important role in the day-to-day success of a busy community venue.

From food and beverage to gaming and accommodation, you'll gain broad operational exposure while building your leadership capability in one of the Illawarra's most respected community venues.
