Qualifikationen

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operation of the Roma branch.
• Provide outstanding customer service to trade and retail customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local customers and suppliers.
• Coach, support and lead branch team members.
• Process sales, quotations, orders and enquiries accurately.
• Support stock control, receipting, replenishment and warehouse duties.
• Complete deliveries and ensure safe, efficient branch operations.
• Promote a positive safety culture and high housekeeping standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve customer experience.
