Job summary

NEX Building Group Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking a Handover Supervisor to visit customers’ homes four days a week, assess works and coordinate trade to ensure quality outcomes. You will conduct inspections across the Hunter region, compile defect reports with scope of works, and liaise with clients under Service and Warranty guidelines.

Demonstrated communication skills, knowledge of construction, and a full driver’s licence are essential; travel to sites is required, and you’ll join a team that

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction and the building process.
• Full driver’s licence to operate a service car.
• Willingness to travel to and between jobs.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of new homes across the Hunter region.
• Compile a report on identified defects and scope of works.
• Communicate with clients to propose actions per guidelines.
• Assist with monitoring contractor progress.
• Follow up outstanding works from trades and contractors.
