Alloggio is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to join our Bokarina and Mooloolaba properties on the Sunshine Coast. You will greet guests, answer questions, assist with check-ins and coordinate with property teams to keep guests happy.

This casual role requires a calm, solutions-focused communicator with strong organizational skills and comfort with digital channels. Weekend rotation is required, roughly two shifts per month.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly, professional and responsive support throughout their stay.
• Manage guest inquiries and communications across phone, email, online chat and social media.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, booking inquiries and any concerns that may arise during their stay.
• Proactively resolve guest issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
• Provide local recommendations, property information and assistance to enhance each guest's stay.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and maintain high standards of customer service.

About the Role

Support guests throughout their stay and help keep holiday properties guest-ready. You'll answer questions, coordinate issues and work with internal teams, working standard business hours with occasional weekend rotation.

Duties

• Be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly, professional and responsive support throughout their stay.

Skills & Experience

• Guest services, hospitality or high-volume customer service experience


• A calm, solutions-focused communication style

• Confidence using digital channels and new systems


• Availability to work a rotating weekend shift roughly twice a month

Roster

• Casual, 4 days a week


• Standard business hours, 8:30am to 5pm


• Weekend rotation approximately twice a month
