The Banyans is seeking an organised Operations Support Officer to keep our residential and Health Plus day program services running smoothly. This hands-on role sits at the centre of our Guest Services team, owning scheduling, records and logistics so clinical and guest-facing teams can focus on caring for guests.

You will support a 7-day roster, sharing weekend coverage with a fellow OSO, and work with the operations team to be a dependable presence across the office and service delivery

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role (healthcare, hospitality or client-facing environment ideal).
• Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule day-to-day guest programs, medical appointments, wellness sessions and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain guest records and program documentation in line with accreditation (NSQHS).
• Prepare reports and track key metrics for leadership.
• Be the warm, professional first point of contact for guests, families and visitors.
• Manage guest arrival/departure logistics, meeting logistics, room bookings and hospitality.
