Job summary

Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street is seeking a friendly Porter to welcome guests and handle luggage, valet cars, and provide local information about Melbourne. You will also assist with basic reception tasks and support other hotel departments as needed.

We value outgoing, well-presented individuals who can lift heavy objects and respond promptly to guest requests, supported by a valid Australian driver’s license. This role offers the chance to thrive in a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Australian Driver’s License (dual Manual & Automatic required)

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to create lasting memories
• Retrieve and manage guest luggage
• Valet park guest cars and maintain records of vehicles in the hotel’s care
• Arrange and assist guests with taxis
• Assist the Front Office team with basic reception duties, including guest arrivals, departures and enquiries
