Job summary

BelgraviaPRO is seeking casual Cleaners to join our team at South Stradbroke Island Campground. Reporting to the Park Manager, you will provide exceptional guest service and help maintain clean facilities across shifts. Flexible hours include weekends and occasional short-notice bookings.

We offer regular work for the right person, with Hospitality Award pay and conditions. Training is provided for First Aid Level 2 and CPR, with police checks required on onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fantastic customer service.
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes.
• Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and sometimes at short notice.
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to our campers.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
• Take direction from the Park Manager and work with team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in line with standards.

The Role

We are seeking bright and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as casual Cleaners at South Stradbroke Island Campground. Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll provide exceptional service to our guests. Flexible hours, Monday to Sunday.

You will bring to the role:

ESSENTIAL:
