Job summary

BelgraviaPRO is seeking casual Cleaners to join the team at the South Stradbroke Island Campground. You will help maintain a welcoming, tidy environment for guests, reporting to the Park Manager and supporting a flexible shift pattern across weekends and weekdays.

We value customer service, reliability and teamwork. Roles suit those with a can-do attitude; first aid and police checks are required or can be organised on onboarding. Regular hours and competitive Hospitality Award pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes.
• Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends.
• Experience in a similar cleaning role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service as a casual cleaner.
• Maintain cleanliness of campground facilities and amenities.
• Work under the Park Manager's direction and follow site procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.

The Role

We are seeking bright and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as casual Cleaners at South Stradbroke Island Campground. Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll provide exceptional service to our guests. Flexible hours, Monday to Sunday.

You will bring to the role:

• Fantastic customer service.
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes.
• Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and sometimes at short notice.
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in a similar role.

ESSENTIAL:

• First Aid Level 2 - We can train you!
• Current CPR - We can train you!
• National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
• Working with Children's Check or equivalent
