The Star Sydney is seeking a friendly Guest Services Attendant reporting to the Transport Manager to assist with car park queries and front-office concierge tasks, ensuring a smooth visitor experience.

You will handle cash and cheque transactions in MICROS, assist with daily reconciliations, and support the Transport team with excellence in customer service.

Formación

• Exposure in a Hospitality environment.
• Experience in customer service role.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to cash handling procedures and record transactions in MICROS.
• Assist the Guest Services Manager with daily reconciliation, sales trends, and reports.
• Complete carpark validation, issue vouchers, and validate access cards.
• Report equipment faults and customer requests to Security staff.
