You will handle cash and cheque transactions in MICROS, assist with daily reconciliations, and support the Transport team with excellence in customer service.

The Guest Services Attendant, reporting to Transport Manager, promotes positive customer relationships and assists with all queries relating to The Star Sydney (Car Park) through a courteous attitude and work efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Transport team Front Office & Concierge team.

A few of your responsibilities

• Adhere to all cash handling procedures, and record all cheque, money and room charge transactions in the MICROS system in accordance with policy and procedure
• Assist the Guest Services Manager to maintain daily reconciliation and accounting records, retail sales trends and reports, and provide performance reports as required
• Complete carpark validation functions, program carpark vouchers and validate access cards. Walking the Car Park to do Car Park checks
• Advise your leader of any equipment faults to ensure minimum system downtime and report any customer requests for assistance such as vehicle breakdowns to Security staff
