Job summary

The Star Sydney is seeking a Guest Services Attendant, reporting to Transport Manager, to promote positive customer relationships and assist with all queries relating to The Star Sydney (Car Park) through a courteous attitude and work efficiency. This role supports our Transport, Front Office & Concierge team by delivering a seamless guest experience in a dynamic entertainment setting at The Star Sydney.

The position focuses on car park operations, guest service excellence, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Exposure in a Hospitality environment.
• Experience in customer service role.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual/multilingual advantageous.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all cash handling procedures, and record all cheque, money and room charge transactions in the MICROS system in accordance with policy and procedure
• Assist the Guest Services Manager to maintain daily reconciliation and accounting records, retail sales trends and reports, and provide performance reports as required
• Complete carpark validation functions, program carpark vouchers and validate access cards. Walking the Car Park to do Car Park checks
• Advise your leader of any equipment faults to ensure minimum system downtime and report any customer requests for assistance such as vehicle breakdowns to Security staff
