Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking energetic, guest-focused team members for our Guest Experience team at NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort. You’ll help deliver activities, supervise guest areas and create memorable moments for families on holiday.

Responsibilities include running activities, ensuring pool safety, engaging guests, and providing outstanding service with a smile. Flexible casual shifts are available, including weekends and school holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ for Pool Attendants role and hold a current First Aid/CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) required.
• Ability to run outdoor activities and entertainment for groups.

• Supervise pool areas and ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Engage with guests and encourage participation in activities.
• Set up and pack down activity spaces and equipment.

From poolside safety and trivia to helping guests create unforgettable holiday memories, you'll be right in the middle of the action. No two days are the same and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.

• Flexible shifts between 7:00am and 9:30pm

What You'll Do

As part of our Guest Experience team, you'll help deliver activities, supervise guest areas and create memorable moments for families holidaying with us.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Delivering and assisting with guest activities and holiday programs
• Supervising pool areas and ensuring a safe environment for guests
• Engaging with guests throughout the resort and encouraging participation in activities
• Setting up and packing down activity spaces and equipment
• Assisting guests with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment for guests of all ages
• Supporting the wider resort team during busy holiday periods
