Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts in Australia is seeking a friendly Guest Service Attendant to welcome guests and manage check-in/out, bookings and park information. You will work as part of a small team in Worimi Country at Myall Shores NRMA Holiday Park, delivering warm hospitality and helpful local tips.

Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or retail is valued. Training on our booking systems is provided, and weekend/public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or retail.
• Confident using computers and booking/reservation systems (training provided).
• Communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy talking with people from all walks of life.
• Stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks during busy times.
• Reliable, organised and have strong attention to detail.
• Available for weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
• Happy to lend a hand across different areas of the park when needed.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As aGuest Service Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience.

Your day could include:

• Welcoming guests on arrival and providing friendly, efficient check-in and check-out
• Answering guest enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
• Assisting with bookings, payments and park information
• Providing local tips on attractions, activities and dining
• Helping guests with any issues, concerns or special requests

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that prides itself on warm hospitality and genuine customer service.

What You’ll Bring
