Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts in Sydney CBD is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead Breakfast, Banquet and Events operations. This role emphasizes daytime hours and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a vibrant hotel setting.

You will supervise breakfast service, manage conferences and functions, coach team members, and ensure high service and safety standards while building strong guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage is required.
• Experience in hotel breakfast operations and/or banquets and events.
• A passion for hospitality, quality food and exceptional guest service.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
• Flexibility to work occasional evening shifts for large events and functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising daily breakfast service and ensuring a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage


• Experience in hotel breakfast operations and/or banquets and events


• A passion for hospitality, quality food and exceptional guest service


• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills


• Confident leading a team during busy service periods while maintaining exceptional service standards


• Current RSA certification


• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster


• Flexibility to work occasional evening shifts for large events and functions
