Job summary

Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport is looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our in-house housekeeping team in Mascot NSW. In this full-time role, you will clean guest rooms to Crowne Plaza brand standards, change linen and replenish towels and amenities, and help deliver a welcoming, memorable stay.

If you are reliable, detail-oriented and physically fit, with the ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays, apply now.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience (At least six months preferred).
• Must have full working rights for Australia.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Willing to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to Crowne Plaza brand standards
• Change linen and replenish towels, toiletries and guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Keep housekeeping trolleys, pantries and work areas clean and organised
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as required
• Perform a physically active role involving lifting, bending, pushing and standing throughout your shift
