Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley in Windsor NSW is seeking a Room Attendant with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

You’ll work a variety of shifts, be on your feet most of the day, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment across our premium resort.

Located just 45 minutes from Sydney, at the foothills of the Blue Mountains and along the Hawkesbury River, Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is a premium destination resort set across 8 hectares of landscaped gardens. With contemporary accommodation, acclaimed dining, extensive conference and event facilities, we offer guests a place where indulgent retreat meets urban convenience.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests
• Helping our guests in any way you can - whether they've forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find their room
• Reporting any maintenance issues and assisting with periodic deep clean projects

What We need from you:

• It's a physical role, you should be comfortable with bending and lifting and you'll be on your feet most of the day
• You will be a reliable team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day operating period, including weekends and public holidays.
• Shifts may be rostered at varying times between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm, depending on operational requirements. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is an essential requirement of the role.
• Applicants should be able to accommodate changing shift patterns and demonstrate a willingness to work across different days and times as required by the business.
