Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist in Dinner Plain, VIC to greet owners and guests, check in/out, and handle inquiries with a proactive, friendly approach. You will support front desk, Food & Beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll thrive on delivering warm service, juggling multiple tasks, and presenting a polished appearance while working flexible rosters, including weekends and school holidays.

• Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible rosters including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet owners and guests; check in and check out.
• Answer telephone and email inquiries; answer tours & bookings.
• Handle cash, balance procedures, and luggage portage.
• Maintain front desk administration, including emails and basic docs.
• Support housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance tasks as needed.

Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, Check in and out, Answer telephone and email inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit proceduresPossess a thorough knowledge of the operation of all administration equipment eg.
