Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist at Club Wyndham Dunsborough to deliver exceptional front desk, housekeeping, and F&B support. You will greet owners and guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle inquiries and bookings, and assist with night audit and administrative tasks with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: greeting owners and guests, check-in/check-out, answer calls and emails; assist with luggage; cash handling and balancing.
• Handle tour and travel inquiries and bookings, reservations, and night audit procedures.
• Use basic office tools (Email, Word, Excel) for documentation and payments.
• Carry out housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance tasks as part of daily operations.

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated person with great customer service skills and food preparation experience to join the team as a Guest Service Generalist at Club Wyndham Dunsborough.

How You’ll Shine

The Guest Service Generalist is responsible for completing daily Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance functions. Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, Check in and out, Answer telephone and email inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit procedures Possess a thorough knowledge of the operation of all administration equipment eg. Email, basic word & excel documentation and Credit Card settlement machines. Housekeeping functions such as cleaning & maintaining guest accommodation Food & Beverage functions such as preparing and serving Food & Beverages Maintenance functions such as maintaining guest accommodation and common areas.
