Oaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites is seeking a hands-on Front Office Guest Service Agent/Receptionist to join our dedicated accommodation team. You are the first point of contact, well presented, with at least one year's experience in a similar role in a hotel environment.

We are currently seeking a hands‑on experiencedFront Office Guest Service Agent/Receptionist to join our dedicated and professional accommodation team at theOaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites.

Our ideal candidates for this hands‑on role, will be a well presented individual, with at least one years' experience in a similar role in a similar environment. You are a first point of contact and a friendly face for the concierge of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide an exceptional guest welcome experience by upholding service excellence and ensuring front office and reception operations run smoothly.
• Greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortably settled into their rooms.
• Foster professional, clear, and honest communication to assist guests and manage accurate bookings.
• Lead and support your team in delivering outstanding guest experiences and welcoming services.
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and contribute to daily reporting processes.
• Effectively manage team scheduling to meet budgetary requirements.
• Checking‑in/Check‑out guests and settling accounts for departures.
• Assisting guest requests including switchboard operations and reservations.
• Completing necessary reconciliation and reports.
• Coordinate and oversee the running of the hotel.
• Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
• Proficiency in the hotel system CMS knowledge and of Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
