Dorsett Gold Coast is seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel setting on the Gold Coast. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service from check-in to check-out.

Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping to maintain high standards. Weekend and public holiday rosters are required in a collaborative team at a premier property.

As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests upon arrival and departure
• Process check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally
• Assist with guest reservations, room assignments, and special requests
• Ensure all front desk operations are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to offer tailored recommendations
• Support all aspects of customer-facing operations, ensuring a consistently high level of service across the hotel
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
