Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide warm, confident hospitality from check-in to check-out. The role supports both part-time and full-time hours, with a rotating roster including weekends and holidays, in a modern hotel in the heart of the city.

You’ll welcome guests, engage with IHG One Rewards members, handle reservations and payments, and tailor recommendations to create memorable stays.

What You'll Bring

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred; however, attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
• Australian working rights.
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
