Job summary

Pan Pacific Melbourne is seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to service guest arrival, departure and inquiry experiences, in a busy city hotel located at South Wharf.

You will be the first and last impression for guests, providing Check-In, Check-Out and information services, with a rotating roster including AM & PM shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Opera.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, seamless service during guest stay.
• Manage Check-In and Check-Out and information services.
• Handle rotating roster including AM/PM shifts and weekends.

The Role

Pan Pacific Melbourne is looking to appoint a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to service our guest arrival, departure and inquiry experiences.

The Successful Guest Service Agent Will

• Be responsible for providing our guests with a high quality, seamless service throughout their stay.
• Be the first and last impression of the hotel for our guests and provide Check-In, Check-Out and information services throughout their stay.
• Be able to work a rotating roster including AM & PM shifts and weekends.

Ideally You Will Have

• Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Opera
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
