Job summary

Treasury on Collins, Melbourne CBD, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our small team on a casual basis with a pathway to full-time for the right person. This hybrid role covers front office, breakfast service and our Mezzanine wine bar, offering variety between desk and floor duties.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, reservations, guest requests and local recommendations, plus breakfast service and evening wine bar service. A fixed weekly roster and weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' front office experience in a hotel
• Food and beverage service experience (hotel, restaurant or café)
• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain before starting)
• Confidence with a PMS (we use RMS Cloud and will train you)
• Weekend availability
• Australian work rights

Guest Service Agent (full-time or part-time)

Treasury on Collins, Melbourne CBD | Casual | $33.85 to $47.39 per hour + super

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our small team on a casual basis, with a pathway to a full-time role for the right person.

This is a hybrid role across front office, breakfast service and our wine bar. You'll enjoy it if you like both the desk and the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Front office: check-ins and check-outs, reservations, guest requests and local recommendations
• Breakfast service: looking after guests at our buffet breakfast, supported by our breakfast chef
• Wine bar: evening service in our Mezzanine lounge
• Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance to look after our guests

The roster

Work across our three shifts: 6:00 to 2:00, 11:00 to 7:00 and 3:30 to 11:30, including weekends. No overnight shifts. You'll be on a fixed weekly roster with the same days and shifts every week.

About you
