Lancemore Crossley St. in Melbourne's theatre district is seeking a warm Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at a design-led boutique hotel.

You will assist with check-in/check-out, respond to queries, share local knowledge, and maintain guest records. A team-focused, proactive mindset is essential to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is ideal, but a great attitude is more important.
• Comfortable with technology – experience using hotel systems is a plus.
• RSA preferred; barista/bar experience also welcomed.

We're looking for a warm, personable and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Lancemore Crossley St., a design-led boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne's theatre district. About The Role

• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experience
• Respond to guest queries with warmth and professionalism

• Support the team with day-to-day administrative and front desk tasks
