Lancemore Crossley St. is seeking a warm, proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in Melbourne. You will assist with check-in/out, respond to guest queries, and provide local knowledge on services and amenities, delivering authentic experiences in a boutique hotel setting.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused with strong communication and multitasking abilities; RSA is preferred, and barista/bar experience is welcomed. This is a full-time role located in Melbourne CBD.

• Experience in a similar role is ideal, but a great attitude is more important.
• RSA preferred; barista/bar experience welcomed.
• Comfortable with technology – experience using hotel systems is a plus.

• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all bookings are correctly recorded.
• Answer emails and phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Support breakfast service and our Hosted Hour.
• Support day-to-day administrative and front desk tasks.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure service excellence.
• Help resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Contribute to a positive team environment that delivers memorable experiences.

We’re looking for a warm, personable and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Lancemore Crossley St., a design-led boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s theatre district.
