Job summary

Village Roadshow Limited is seeking a part-time Front Office team member at Sea World Resort, Main Beach, Gold Coast. You’ll create memorable guest experiences at check-in/out, assist with luggage and local tips, and help guests enjoy our theme parks with a focus on exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends. Opera PMS familiarity is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a renowned resort network.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth during check-in and check-out.
• Assist guests with luggage, local tips, and questions with a smile.
