Job summary

Whitsunday Holiday Rentals (WHR) seeks a Guest & Property Coordinator to manage properties from end to end, ensuring each home meets WHR standards before stays while supporting reservations and guest needs.

You will inspect properties, manage bookings across channels, coordinate maintenance and liaise with Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance and owners to maintain high presentation and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, holiday letting, hospitality or a similar role preferred.
• A sharp eye for detail and high presentation standards.
• Excellent organisation, time management and follow-through.
• Clear, friendly communication and good problem-solving skills.
• Confident coordinating contractors and juggling competing priorities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular property inspections, audits, and pre-arrival and post-departure checks
• Manage inventories, keys, remotes, lockboxes and access, and keep records accurate in Breezeway
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping rectifications and follow-up inspections
• Assist with damage assessments and supporting documentation after guest stays
• Manage booking enquiries, reservations, amendments, cancellations and payments
• Maintain calendars, pricing and availability across our booking channels
• Assist with guest check-ins, meet-and-greets and guest concerns
• Work closely with Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Operations and property owners
