Whitsunday Air Services on Hamilton Island is seeking an Operations Controller/Guest Liaison to support daily aviation operations. The full-time role requires you to reside on Hamilton Island and reports to the Operations Manager, coordinating reservations, aircraft allocation and guest transfers.

Ideal candidates have customer service or tourism experience, strong communication and data-management skills, and a willingness to obtain an ASIC.

• Interact with customers, management and pilots to assist with aviation services.
• Take reservations from travel agents and customers across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate aircraft allocation with operations team and pilots.
• Supervise passengers on the airside and safely load/unload aircraft.
• Handle radio calls from pilots using the in-house system.
• Answer enquiries about tours and flights.
• Coordinate guest transfers for tours.
• Reconcile daily sales for Operations Manager review.
• Monitor incoming emails and route as required.
