Job summary

Norths Collective is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join our team at Norths Cammeray. You will handle reservations and inquiries across four venues, delivering top-notch customer service and coordinating events with in-venue teams.

The ideal candidate has sales/administration experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and is comfortable working a rotating 7-day roster. RSA/RCG certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
• Know promotions and activities across venues.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Maintain orderly booking process end-to-end.
• Provide accurate information to customers.
• Liaise with management and front-of-house staff.
