Job summary

Norths Cammeray is part of Norths Collective, a not-for-profit group focusing on sport, hospitality and community initiatives. We are seeking an Event Supervisor to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests at our Sydney venues.

You’ll liaise with clients, brief and manage staff across FOH & BOH, oversee floorplans and service, and deliver seamless banquets and canape functions with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Full availability across a 7-day roster (shifts between 7am-4am).
• Current NSW RSA and RCG Certification.
• A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.

In this role, you’ll liaise with clients, brief and manage staff, oversee FOH & BOH service, ensure floorplans are set, and deliver seamless banquets, canape functions and outstanding customer experiences.

This role is perfect if you’re studying event management and want hands-on industry experience, or if you’ve been working in hospitality and are ready to take the next step into career progression.
