Job summary

Kuro Bar & Dining on Kent Street, Sydney, is seeking casual and permanent waitstaff to join our award-winning team. Your main goal is to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer experience.

As a front-of-house team member, you will take orders, describe dishes and drinks, deliver meals, handle payments, and work with a passionate team to uphold exceptional standards in service.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience waiting in a well-established restaurant.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for cocktails, beer, wine and food.
• RSA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and lead them to their seats.
• Introduce menus and describe different dishes and drinks.
• Take orders and deliver to tables in a timely manner.
• Handle payments and deliver checks.
• Adhere to food safety standards and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
