Job summary

Kid Kyoto is seeking an energetic Section Waiter to join our team in Sydney, NSW. You will provide attentive service, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt delivery while keeping the dining area clean and organized.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering meals and drinks, clearing tables, handling guest requests, adhering to food safety guidelines, and working cooperatively with the team during busy shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a section waiter required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to carry 3 plates.
• Must possess a valid NSW RSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Clear used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines.
• Resolve guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
