Job summary

West Beach Parks is seeking a full-time Customer Service host to welcome guests, check them in and out, and help manage guest accounts on site. You will assist with directions and luggage, offer information on tours and activities, and contribute to a warm, inclusive guest experience on a 7-day roster.

The role offers flexible hours, free onsite parking, a supplied uniform, and a comprehensive health and wellbeing program. An attractive hourly rate of 32.53 AUD plus penalties applies.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the check in and check out of guests in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with correct procedures
• Ensure that all guests accounts are properly receipted, recorded and reconciled by following operating guidelines
• Provide guests with the appropriate assistance and direction, if required, to deliver luggage to their accommodation
• Assist in providing information to guests in relation to tours, activities, and community services when required
