The role offers development toward a Tour Guide position, with ongoing training and a collaborative team environment. RSA qualification and flexible weekend availability will help you succeed.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or other customer-facing environments.
• Current RSA or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and engaging personality.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse people.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Welcome visitors and assist with ticketing and admissions.
• Support retail sales and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with bar service and hospitality operations.
• Support on-site events and experiences.
• Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, safety and welcoming atmosphere.
• Build positive relationships and provide accurate information about the venue.
• Learn the brand story, products and visitor offerings.
• Contribute to achieving customer service, visitation and sales targets.
• Develop skills to progress into a Tour Guide role.
