Journey Beyond, Australia's leading experiential tourism group, seeks an enthusiastic HR Advisor for the Rail & Touring division. Located at the Adelaide Keswick Terminal, you will drive recruitment, coaching, and learning initiatives while partnering with leaders to shape culture and performance.

You will manage daily HR operations and deliver key HR projects, drawing on experience in HR and, ideally, tourism. A related degree is preferred but experience matters most.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in the tourism industry is highly regarded.
• Commercially minded professional with a track record of delivering HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across divisions within the Rail & Touring HR team.
• Coach and mentor leaders across the business.
• Oversee learning and development initiatives.
• Manage daily HR operations in collaboration with the wider team.
