Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities in Wollongong, NSW, seeks a Program & Bookings Coordinator to help guests plan memorable experiences from initial enquiry to arrival. You will talk with guests to understand needs, coordinate bookings, prepare quotes and keep systems updated, collaborating with Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth arrivals.

A warm, organized communicator with experience in bookings or events will thrive; Outdoor recreation, tourism, hospitality or related fields

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bookings, programs, events or customer enquiries.
• Warm, confident, “can do” approach when working with customers and others.
• Strong organisation and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage changing priorities while keeping others informed.
• Collaborative across different teams; outdoor education, camps, recreation, hospitality or tourism background valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Talk with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs and activities.
• Coordinate program enquiries, confirmations, amendments and cancellations and keep systems updated.
• Prepare accurate quotes, deposits, schedules, program information and handover documentation.
• Work closely with Program, Guest Relations, Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to prepare for each group’s arrival.
• Identify opportunities that improve the guest experience and make effective use of the venue.
