Sofitel Melbourne On Collins is seeking a Front Office Welcomer (Porter) to warmly greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicles, delivering luxury service on the driveway. You will engage guests with a friendly and proactive approach and coordinate with the Front Office Team to exceed expectations.

This role emphasizes personal presentation, strong communication, and the ability to remain composed in busy moments, with opportunities for growth within the Accor group’s Heartist philosophy

Qualifications

• A full Driver’s licence is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

As a Front Office Welcomer (Porter), you provide the initial welcome and the final “au revoir” to our guests, whilst assisting with their luggage and vehicles. We are looking for genuine and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front Office Team on the Driveway to provide luxury service to our guests.

You will be responsible for:

• Offering a warm welcome and farewell to our guests
• Attending to guest’s requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Parking and retrieving guest vehicles
• Delivery and collection of guest luggage
• Assisting guests with directions and other enquiries
• Delivering personalised service with passion and professionalism
• Ensuring the highest level of security for guests’ luggage and vehicles
