Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is hiring a Porter Valet to welcome guests at the Porte Cochere, share knowledge of the property and local area, and assist with a range of enquiries.

You will deliver warm, attentive service, maintain grooming standards, and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive team on rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming, reflecting a professional image.
• Knowledge of the local area and Gold Coast events to assist guests.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests at Porte Cochere, assisting with enquiries.
• Share knowledge of the property and surrounding areas to help guests plan their stay.
• Maintain grooming standards and provide a high level of service to guests.
