Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Porter Valet to greet guests at the Porte Cochere and share knowledge of the property and Gold Coast. You’ll assist with a variety of enquiries and help guests feel welcomed in a premier entertainment destination with 1,000+ rooms and event spaces.

This role offers complimentary meals on site, uniform laundering, competitive hourly rates with penalties for nights/weekends/holidays, parking discounts, and access to lifestyle and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming.

Join The Star Gold Coast as a Porter Valet, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests when they arrive at our Porte Cochere, sharing your knowledge of the property and Gold Coast’s surrounding areas will see you assist with a variety of enquires.
