Job summary

Ovolo Group in Australia is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first touchpoint for guests at our hotels. This full-time role under the HIGA award offers a dynamic, guest-centric environment where you set the tone on arrival and throughout the stay.

You will greet guests, check in and out, adjust bookings, promote hotel offerings, suggest local experiences, handle enquiries by phone, email or website, and support Front Office leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a similar role or customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
• Checking in & out guests
• Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
• Promote the hotel and all it has to offer!
• Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
• Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and website
• Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations
