This is more than a Front Office role. It's about mastering the art of genuine hospitality. As part of our pre-opening team, you'll play an integral role in shaping the guest experience from day one and helping establish a new benchmark for luxury lifestyle hospitality.

From booking to check-out and beyond, as our Experience Service Agent, you’ll be responsible for delivering on our promise of providing effortless and effervescent experiences for our guests. Your contagious enthusiasm, teamed with your obsession with taking care of our guests, will fill our lobbies with fabulous, never boring, unconventional that’ll keep people coming back for more. We are not looking for traditional receptionists, but guest obsessed hosts who create exceptional experiences.
