Job summary

Belgravia Health and Leisure Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Guest Services Manager at NSW, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, reporting to the General Manager. Lead a Guest Services team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a busy park environment.

You will oversee reception, reservations and guest services, with hands-on support during peak times and a focus on staff development, rostering and cross‑department collaboration to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• First Aid Level 2 is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check NSW on onboarding.
• Experience with computerised booking systems.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Guest Services team.
• Manage reception, reservations and guest services day-to-day.
• Handle guest enquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate rosters, team training and performance to maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Assist housekeeping to maintain high standards across the park.
